  1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on the Happy Teachers Academy (HTA) platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the purchase and use of HTA products and services, including live workshops, self-study courses, video content, memberships, and other digital educational materials offered through the platform.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You agree to comply with the HTA Terms and Conditions.

  • You agree to the HTA Privacy Policy and Course Policies where applicable.

  • You understand that access to HTA services and content is subject to these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not complete the purchase or use HTA services.

HTA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, policies, or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

2. Product Description and Access

Happy Teachers Academy (HTA) provides digital educational services and resources designed for teacher training and professional development. Products available for purchase on the platform may include live workshops, self-study courses, video libraries, recorded training sessions, downloadable materials, or other digital learning resources.

When purchasing a product on the HTA platform, you are purchasing access to digital educational content, not ownership of the content itself.

Access to purchased products may include one or more of the following:

  • Participation in live online training sessions or workshops

  • Access to recorded training videos or lesson demonstrations

  • Access to structured self-study courses and learning materials

  • Downloadable resources such as worksheets, guides, or supporting materials

  • Participation in course-related activities, assignments, or discussions

The type of access and duration of access may vary depending on the specific product purchased. For example:

  • Some courses may provide time-limited access to content.

  • Some memberships may provide ongoing access while the membership is active.

  • Some digital products may provide access for a defined period stated at the time of purchase.

Access to purchased content is granted only to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

HTA reserves the right to update, improve, or modify course content, materials, or platform features as part of ongoing platform development and quality improvements.

 

3. Payment Terms

All purchases on the Happy Teachers Academy (HTA) platform require full payment before access to the purchased product or service is granted.

By completing a transaction, you agree to the following payment conditions:

  • All prices displayed on the platform are listed in the applicable currency shown at the time of purchase.

  • Payment must be successfully processed through the available payment methods before course access, membership activation, or digital content access is provided.

  • HTA may use third-party payment providers to process transactions. HTA does not store or directly process sensitive payment information such as credit card details.

  • Any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or processing charges imposed by payment providers or financial institutions are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For subscription-based services:

  • Subscription payments may recur automatically according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (for example, monthly or annually).

  • The subscription will remain active until it is canceled by the user or terminated according to HTA policies.

HTA reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or product offerings at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed but may apply to future purchases or subscription renewals.

 

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of HTA products and services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the content has been granted.

When purchasing courses, workshops, memberships, or digital video content through the Happy Teachers Academy platform, you acknowledge that access to digital materials may be delivered immediately after payment. For this reason, refunds cannot normally be issued once the content has been accessed.

Refund requests may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • A technical error prevented access to the purchased content and the issue cannot be resolved by HTA support.

  • The purchase was made in error and no course materials, videos, or sessions have been accessed.

If a refund request is approved, HTA reserves the right to revoke access to the purchased content or services associated with the refund.

Refund requests must be submitted to HTA support within a reasonable period after the purchase and must include sufficient details for the transaction to be reviewed.

HTA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of refund requests in accordance with this policy.
