Welcome to the Content Creators Program #

At Happy Teachers Academy (HTA), we believe in the power of community and collaboration. That’s why we’re introducing the Content Creators Panel—a feature designed to empower teachers to share their expertise, earn rewards, and inspire others.

What Is the Content Creators Panel? #

The Content Creators Panel is a dedicated space on your HTA Dashboard (for eligible members) where you can submit your own classroom videos, share teaching ideas, and contribute to the HTA training community. It’s more than just sharing—it’s about shaping the future of online English teaching together.

Important: This panel is only available to teachers who have subscribed or signed up as content creators.

Why Become a Content Creator? #

By participating in the program, you can:

• Showcase your skills by sharing effective activities and classroom techniques.

• Support fellow teachers by offering inspiration and practical ideas they can apply in their own lessons.

• Earn points and cash rewards for your contributions.

• Join a global team of collaborative educators who are shaping the HTA experience.

How It Works #

1. Capture Your Classroom Moments

   • Record short clips (1–2 minutes) of your teaching activities, classroom games, or techniques.

   • Focus on fun, interactive, and practical approaches that other teachers can learn from.

2. Upload to the Platform

   • Post your video to the activity feed on HTA.

   • The system automatically recognizes your post and awards points if it’s linked to the content creation category.

3. Earn Valuable Points

   • Videos submitted through this panel earn Content Creator Points, which are the most valuable point type on HTA.

   • Points can be converted into cash through your dashboard wallet.

   • Other points (Engagement, Networking, Practical) can be exchanged for Content Creator Points using the conversion system.

Converting and Withdrawing Points #

The below is only an Example of  Content Creator Points at different rates:

Once converted, you’ll see the updated balance in your wallet. You can then request a cash withdrawal directly from your dashboard.

Who Can Join? #

The Content Creators Panel is open to:

• All global teachers registered on HTA.

• Educators with a passion for collaboration and sharing.

• Teachers interested in co-hosting workshops, co-developing training, or submitting helpful resources.

You don’t need to be a professional content creator—just someone who wants to share valuable classroom experiences.

Getting Started #

Here’s how to begin:

1. Visit the Knowledge Base to watch walkthrough videos and learn more.

2. Sign up to become a Content Creator if you haven’t already.

3. Start capturing and uploading your classroom content.

4. Track your earnings and exchanges in the Content Creators Panel.
