Why This Workshop Matters
In many classrooms, students know the words — but they struggle to put them together in conversation. That’s where student-led speaking practice makes all the difference. When students are given the space to lead discussions, ask questions, and share ideas with their peers, they become more confident, fluent, and engaged.
This workshop is designed to help you shift the focus from teacher-led talk to a more dynamic, student-driven classroom environment. We’ll explore what student-led speaking actually looks like, how to support it, and how to get even your shy students to take part.

We award two types of certificates for this session:
- Certificate of Attendance
For participants who attend at least 80% of the session. - Certificate of Applied Teaching Practice
For participants who attend actively with cameras and microphones on, and who take part in discussions and practice activities.
You’ll also be asked to complete a short feedback form at the end of the session to receive your certificate.
